Graham Weir

Graham Weir (born 10 July 1984) is a Scottish former footballer. He began his career at Heart of Midlothian, making his senior debut in 2001. Weir's goals-to-games ratio during his time at Hearts was unremarkable, but he is remembered for scoring two goals in the last minute of added time against Hibernian in the Edinburgh Derby on 2 January 2003. In 2006, he was loaned to Queen of the South and the deal was later made permanent. Weir then joined Raith Rovers in June 2007, where he played a crucial role in securing promotion to the First Division as champions.
