Greg Rogers
Gregory Francis Rogers is an Australian former sprint freestyle swimmer who competed in the 1960s and 1970s. Born on August 14, 1948, in Sydney, Australia, Rogers achieved success at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City. He won a silver medal in the 4×200-meter freestyle relay and a bronze medal in the 4×100-meter freestyle relay. Rogers also competed in individual events, reaching the semifinals in the 100-meter freestyle and participating in the heats of the 400-meter freestyle. In addition to his Olympic achievements, Rogers and his brother Neil won gold medals in the 4×100-meter and 4×200-meter freestyle relays at the 1970 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, Scotland.
