Heidi Groskreutz

Heidi Groskreutz, born September 3, 1981, is a professional American ballroom dancer known for her expertise in Latin and swing dancing. Raised in Newport Beach, California, she has achieved numerous accolades in her career, including being a six-time U.S. Open Swing Dance champion and the winner of the World Invitation Swing Dance Championship and other prestigious NASDE events. Groskreutz gained widespread recognition as a top four finalist in the second season of the popular Fox TV series, So You Think You Can Dance. She has been dancing alongside her cousin, Benji Schwimmer, since they were six years old, winning national swing dance titles together. Both Groskreutz and Schwimmer are Mormons, and while Schwimmer went on a mission in Mexico, Groskreutz continued competing in dance competitions.
