Jacob Scipio Biography
Jacob Scipio is a British actor and writer known for his roles in film and television. He co-founded CPO Productions in 2016 and has written and starred in short films like The Writers Group (2018) and Cowboys & Angels (2016), which premiered at Cannes Court Métrage and the British Film Institute. In 2020, Scipio gained recognition for his portrayal of the villain Armando Aretas in the action comedy Bad Boys for Life, directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. He began his acting career on television, appearing in shows like Some Girls (BBC), As the Bell Rings (Disney), and White Teeth (Channel 4). Scipio was born in Islington, London and has Indo-Guyanese and English ancestry. He attended St. Michael's Church of England Primary School and Fortismere School before completing his education at the University of Essex with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Literature.
