Jake Daniel Elliott (born January 21, 1995) is an American football placekicker for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Memphis. Elliott was born in Western Springs, Illinois, and attended Lyons Township High School in La Grange. Before pursuing football, Elliott was a talented youth tennis player and was considered among the state's best. He began playing football in high school when a coach noticed his kicking talent at a student field goal contest. Elliott's skills and dedication led him to be named First-team All-State by the Chicago Tribune during his junior year. He played a crucial role in the Eagles' Super Bowl LII victory over the New England Patriots.
