    Jake Wardle (born November 18, 1998) is an English professional rugby league footballer. He currently plays for the Wigan Warriors in the Betfred Super League as a, or er. Wardle has also represented England and the England Knights at the international level. Prior to joining the Wigan Warriors, he played for the Huddersfield Giants in the Super League and had a loan stint at the Warrington Wolves. Wardle hails from Halifax, West Yorkshire, England. He is the younger brother of Joe Wardle, a former Giants player. Jake Wardle began his Rugby League career at Illingworth ARLFC before signing professional forms. He made his first-team debut in May 2018, scoring two tries against Widnes Vikings. In 2020, Wardle signed a contract extension with Huddersfield, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2023 season.
