Jane Wells

Jane Wells (born March 31, 1961) is a CNBC special correspondent based in Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience at CNBC, she covers stories related to funny business, strange successes, and other special assignments. Wells is known for writing offbeat stories for CNBC.com and contributing to radio stations. She has previously covered a wide range of topics including retail, agriculture, defense, California economy, West Coast real estate, and Las Vegas trends. Prior to joining CNBC, Wells worked as a correspondent for the Fox News Channel and as a Los Angeles reporter for WNBC in New York City. She has also provided special coverage of the O. J. Simpson civil case for "Rivera Live" hosted by Geraldo.
