Janice Wong

Janice Wong (born 1983) is a Singaporean artist, chocolatier, chef, and entrepreneur. She is known for her edible art installations and has won multiple awards, including being named "Asia’s Best Pastry Chef" two years in a row by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants award. Wong studied economics at the National University of Singapore before enrolling in Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where she graduated with a pastry diploma. She has worked at upscale establishments such as Les Amis in Singapore and Room 4 Dessert in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood. Wong has collaborated with renowned chefs including Juan Mari Arzak, Thomas Keller, Grant Achatz, and many others.
