Jason Fernandes

Jason Fernandes is an Indian blockchain entrepreneur and technology columnist from Goa. He is known for founding the internet portal ZeoCities.com and the non-profit LDKids.org during his teenage years. Fernandes co-invented the Internet-based DVR, InstantTV, while studying at the University of Texas, Austin. He was also part of the founding team at PerceptiveI, a company that developed ECRM software. In 2012, Fernandes moved to Goa and started working as a monthly technology columnist for GlobeAsia Magazine in Indonesia. He has founded multiple technology companies, including SmartKlock Inc, FUNL Corp, and AET Ventures. Fernandes has provided advisory services on IT and education policies to state governments and political parties. He is a regular writer for technology media publications and a speaker at TEDx events.
