Jason Padgett

Jason D. Padgett is an American artist and personality known for his acquired savant syndrome. Born in 1970 in Anchorage, Alaska, Padgett dropped out of Tacoma Community College and worked in sales for his father's futon company. In 2002, he was attacked and robbed outside a karaoke bar, which is said to have changed his brain activity. Raised in Alaska, Padgett was an adventurous young man who engaged in activities such as bungee jumping, skydiving, scuba diving with sharks, and karate. Today, Padgett is recognized for his unique artistic abilities, which emerged after the traumatic attack.
