Jay Larson Biography
Jay Larson is an American comedian, actor, and writer. He was born in Stoneham, Massachusetts and is the youngest of four. After earning a degree in English from Saint Anselm College in 1999, Larson moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in writing and acting. He started performing stand-up comedy in 2001 and became a paid regular at The Comedy Store in 2004. Larson gained recognition when he appeared as one of the featured 'New Faces' at the Montreal Comedy Festival in 2005. He also made appearances on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and had a half-hour special on Comedy Central in 2011. Larson's story 'Wrong Number' gained popularity on Reddit and was featured on This American Life with Ira Glass in 2016.
