Jean-Christophe Novelli, born on February 22, 1961, is a French celebrity chef. Originally from Arras, France, Novelli began his culinary journey at a young age, working in a bakery before becoming a personal chef for the Rothschild family at the age of 20. In 1983, he moved to Britain, where he worked in various establishments, including the Chewton Glen Hotel and Keith Floyd's Maltster's Arms restaurant. Novelli gained recognition for his culinary skills and earned four Michelin stars throughout his career. In addition to running his own restaurants, such as Maison Novelli in London, he also ventured into the gastro-pub market. In 2005, Novelli founded the Novelli Academy.
