Kaplan is best known for his work on World of Warcraft and as the former lead director of Overwatch. He began his career in the video game industry after obtaining a degree in creative writing from the University of Southern California and a graduate degree from New York University. Kaplan's passion for video games and storytelling led him to a successful career in game design, where he made significant contributions to the industry.
