Jennifer Joan Taylor

Jennifer Joan Taylor, born on June 15, 1956, is a French-American actress known for her work in film and television. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Police Detective Chris Egan in the American soap opera, The Edge of Night. Born in Paris, France, Taylor was raised in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and graduated with a theater arts degree from Viterbo University in 1978. Her acting career began at the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis, MN in 1979. In 1983, she made her television debut in a Hellman's mayonnaise commercial and later landed the role of Chris Egan in The Edge of Night, which she played until the show's final episode in 1984. Taylor also appeared in an episode of ABC Afterschool Special in 1983. She later ventured into films, starting with her first role in [Film Title].
