Jerry Beck

Jerry Beck (born February 9, 1955) is an American animation historian, author, blogger, and video producer. He is known for his extensive knowledge of classic American animation and characters. Beck has written or edited several books on the subject, including 'The 50 Greatest Cartoons' (1994), 'The Animated Movie Guide' (2005), 'Not Just Cartoons: Nicktoons!' (2007), and 'The Hanna-Barbera Treasury' (2007). He is also an authority on the making of modern films, with books on 'Mr. Peabody and Sherman,' 'Madagascar,' and 'Bee Movie.' In addition, Beck serves as an entertainment industry consultant. His contributions have made him a respected figure in the world of animation and film.
