    Jill Anna Maria Johnson is a Swedish country and pop singer, songwriter, and TV host. Born on May 24, 1973, in Ängelholm, Sweden, she began her musical journey at a young age. At the age of four, Johnson expressed her desire to become an artist, and by 12, she was already performing as the vocalist in a Country & Western band called Tomboola Band. In 1998, she gained widespread recognition after winning the Melodifestivalen contest with her song 'Kärleken är' and representing Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest, where she finished in 10th place. Over the years, Johnson has released several successful albums and has received numerous Gold and Platinum records in Sweden. She has also hosted her own Swedish TV show, 'Jills veranda,' since 2014.
