Joe Foley

Joe Michael Foley is an American women's basketball coach. Born on August 12, 1955, he has been coaching the Little Rock Trojans women's basketball team since 2003. Prior to that, Foley coached the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns for 17 seasons from 1987 to 2003. Under his leadership, the Little Rock Trojans have achieved numerous accomplishments, including winning the West Division in the Sun Belt in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2013. They have also won the Sun Belt Conference Tournament in 2011, 2012, and 2015. Throughout his coaching career, Foley has led his teams to multiple appearances in the WNIT and the NCAA Tournament, making it to the Second Round in 2010 and 2015.
