Joe Hanna

Joe Hanna (May 19, 1920 – July 26, 2003) was an American politician who served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1971 to 1985. Born in Texas, Hanna attended John Tarleton Agricultural College in 1940 and later transferred to University of Texas at Austin, studying Pre-law. He served as a fighter pilot in the United States Navy during World War II. Hanna was elected to the Texas House of Representatives in 1984 and served a total of seven terms. He passed away on July 26, 2003, in Breckenridge, Texas.
