Joe McKinney Biography
Joseph Anthony McKinney (born 12 May 1967) is an Irish actor. Born in Rathfarnham, McKinney initially trained and worked as a hairdresser before transitioning to fringe theatre. He received his training at Inchicore VEC Dublin and has appeared in various stage productions, including the Irish Premiere of Brad Fraser's 'Unidentified Human Remains and the True Nature of Love' and Edward Bond's 'Saved', both directed by Jimmy Fay. Notable theatre credits include Brendan Behan's 'Borstal Boy' and John Godber's 'Bouncers'. McKinney gained attention after starring in the Guinness advert 'Anticipation', which led to him touring Europe for two years with personal appearances.
