Joe Walsh

Joseph Fidler Walsh, born November 20, 1947, is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He is best known for his work as a member of the rock band Eagles, as well as his solo career and stints in other successful rock bands such as James Gang and Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band. Walsh has also been a member of the New Zealand band Herbs and the short-lived supergroup the Best. With a career spanning over five decades, he has achieved success both as a solo artist and as a session musician, collaborating with various artists. Rolling Stone magazine named him one of the '100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time' in 2011.
