Joel Morris

Joel Morris is a British comedy writer and part of the comedy writing duo with Jason Hazeley. They are best known for their work on a collection of parody Ladybird books and their contributions to various British comedy series and films. Morris and Hazeley have written scripts for popular shows like That Mitchell and Webb Look, A Touch of Cloth, Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe, and the Philomena Cunk series. They have also been regular contributors to the British adult comic Viz. In addition, they wrote for the successful Paddington films. With their comedy work, Morris and Hazeley have gained recognition, winning the BAFTA award for best Comedy and entertainment programme for Electionwipe in 2016.
