John Kalbhenn is a retired Canadian boxer who was born on April 14, 1963, in Kitchener, Ontario. He represented his country at the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, California, where he competed in the men's lightweight (– 60 kg) division. Kalbhenn received a first-round bye and then defeated Wilson Randrinasolo from Madagascar by RSC 1. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the third round by Reiner Gies from West Germany in a 0-5 decision. Kalbhenn's boxing career highlights include his participation in the 1984 Olympics and his notable victories during the tournament.
