John Palumbo

John Anthony Palumbo is an American author, businessman, and professional speaker known for his expertise in consumer behavior, sales psychology, and personal development. Born in 1956 in Birmingham, Alabama, Palumbo is the owner and CEO of The Sterling Group, Inc., a consulting company he founded in 1982. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, the company specializes in leadership, management, sales, marketing, and real estate project development. Palumbo works with a diverse group of international builders and developers from North America, Europe, and South America. He is also a member and instructor for the National Association of Home Builders Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) and is frequently invited as a keynote speaker at new home sales conferences and national conventions such as the International Builders' Show (IBS) and the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC).
