Jon Simmons is an American film and television talent manager and acting coach based in Los Angeles. He co-founded Simmons and Scott Entertainment. Born in Bonne Terre, Missouri, Simmons grew up in St. Charles, Missouri. He attended St. Charles High School, Hannibal LaGrange College, and Carson Newman College, where he earned a BA in Psychology and Religion. Starting his entertainment career in Dallas, Texas, Jon began as a model and actor with the Kim Dawson agency, appearing in commercials. He then transitioned to Hollywood and acted in soap operas, including General Hospital, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Santa Barbara. He also had appearances on Alias, Sports Night, 7th Heaven, and Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.
