Jonathan Ackley

Jonathan Ackley is an American interactive theme park attraction and computer game designer, writer, and programmer. He gained recognition as the Creative Director and Producer for Walt Disney World's Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. Ackley also co-led the development of LucasArts Games' The Curse of Monkey Island, a popular animated pirate adventure. With over 35 patents, Ackley has made significant contributions to the field of interactive entertainment, including innovative game interfaces, theme park systems, and interactive merchandise. He began his career as a programmer at LucasArts in 1993, working on games like Day of the Tentacle. Ackley's expertise and achievements have earned him numerous industry awards and accolades.
