Jonathan Lemire
Jonathan Lemire (born November 28, 1979) is an American journalist and political correspondent. He is currently the White House bureau chief of Politico and the host of MSNBC's morning news show Way Too Early. Lemire grew up in Lowell, Massachusetts, and graduated from Central Catholic High School in Lawrence. He earned a bachelor's degree in history from Columbia University in 2001, where he wrote for the student newspaper, Columbia Daily Spectator. After interning at the New York Daily News in 2001, Lemire stayed on as an intern and eventually became a staff member. In 2013, he joined the Associated Press, covering New York City politics and the administrations of Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
