Josef Urban

Josef Urban (1899-1968) was a Czechoslovak wrestler known for his achievements in Greco-Roman wrestling. Born in Středočeský kraj in June 1899, Urban represented his country at the Olympic Games. He won a silver medal in Greco-Roman wrestling in 1932, and also competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics. Throughout his career, Urban showcased his skills and dedication to the sport. He passed away on 2 September 1968 at the age of 69, leaving behind a legacy of athletic excellence.
