Josh Capon

Josh Capon (born 1972) is an American chef and television personality. He attended the University of Maryland before transferring to Johnson and Wales University to pursue his passion for cooking. Capon gained experience working at The Lenox Room and the Park Avenue Café under renowned chefs Charlie Palmer and David Burke, respectively. He further honed his skills by studying cooking in various restaurants across Europe. Returning to Manhattan, Capon worked as a sous-chef at The St. Regis Hotel's Astor Court before becoming the executive chef at Alva. Capon has since become a well-known figure in the culinary world, appearing on several television shows and competitions as a judge and competitor.
