Julian Curry Biography
Julian Curry (8 December 1937 – 27 June 2020) was an English actor known for his role as Claude Erskine-Browne in the legal comedy-drama Rumpole of the Bailey. Born to William Burnlee Curry and Marjorie Graham, he attended Dartington Hall School and King's College, Cambridge. Curry's television career began in 1965 with an episode of For Whom the Bell Tolls. He went on to appear in numerous TV shows including Pride and Prejudice, Softly, Softly, Z-Cars, The Glittering Prizes, and A Fine Romance. His notable role as Claude Erskine-Browne spanned from 1977 to 1992. Julian Curry's contribution to the entertainment industry is widely recognized.
