    Jung Jae-sung (August 25, 1982 – March 9, 2018) was a South Korean professional badminton player. Born in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, Jung began playing badminton at the age of 7 and joined the South Korea national badminton team in 2001. He achieved notable success in his career, winning titles such as the men's doubles at the National Championships in Gyeonggi in 2003, 2004, and 2006. Jung also won the Thailand Open in 2005 with his former partner Lee Jae-jin. Known for his skills and contributions to the sport, Jung Jae-sung left a lasting impact on the badminton community before his passing in 2018.
