Justin Howell

Justin Howell (born December 4, 1993) is a Canadian football defensive back who currently plays for the Ottawa Redblacks in the Canadian Football League (CFL). Howell played U Sports football for the Carleton Ravens from 2014 to 2017. In the 2018 CFL Draft, he was drafted by the Ottawa Redblacks as the 55th overall selection in the seventh round. He signed with the team on May 16, 2018, and made his professional debut on June 22, 2018, against the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Throughout the 2018 season, Howell played in 13 regular season games, recording seven defensive tackles and eight special teams tackles. He also played in the East Final, marking his first post-season game.
