    Justin Rodriguez (born September 4, 1974) is an American politician who served as a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives from 2013 to January 2019. Prior to his role in the House, Rodriguez also served on the San Antonio City Council and worked as a Bexar County prosecutor. He later resigned from the House after being appointed to a seat on the Bexar County Commissioners Court. In the race to succeed Rodriguez, Fred Rangel and Ray Lopez competed in a March runoff contest, with Lopez ultimately consolidating Democratic voters and winning the heavily Democratic district. Rodriguez's notable political career spans multiple positions in local and state government.
