Katherine Cullen
Katherine Cullen (born 7 November 1968) is an American biologist. She obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology from Michigan State University in 1990, followed by a PhD in molecular biology from Vanderbilt University in 1995. Cullen's research primarily focused on cell and molecular life sciences, particularly the regulation of gene expression. She conducted post-doctoral training at the Chandler Medical Center at the University of Kentucky, where she further explored her research interests in the Department of Biochemistry. During her career, Cullen's work has been recognized by various publications, including a feature in Scientific American in March 2019 by Erez Lieberman Aiden.
