Kathryn White

Kathryn White is a British children's book author based in Bristol. She was born in Bradford-on-Avon, England in 1956 and currently resides in Somerset with her husband David and their two teenage children. Kathryn is an active member of the Society of Authors and has contributed to various anthologies, including Lines in the Sand (2004) and Scholastic's Wow! 366 anthology. She is known for her heartfelt poems and short stories, which aim to promote literacy and raise awareness for children's issues. In 2009, Kathryn was part of a group of authors advocating for continued funding of the Children's Library Service by Somerset County Council.
