Katie Millar

Katie Millar-Wirig, formerly known as Katie Millar, is a former beauty pageant contestant and actress. She was born and raised in Utah and graduated from high school at the age of 17. Millar-Wirig attended Brigham Young University, where she pursued a bachelor's degree in neuroscience. During her time at university, she decided to participate in the Miss Utah competition in order to win a scholarship to support her education. In 2006, she was crowned Miss Utah and received a $10,000 scholarship. As Miss Utah, she advocated for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, inspired by her sibling who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Millar-Wirig went on to compete in the Miss America 2007 pageant, where she achieved a top ten finish. She has also pursued a career in acting, showcasing her talent on various television shows and movies.
