Katie Page

Katie Page, born Kay Leslie Page in 1956, is an Australian business executive and the CEO of retailer Harvey Norman. She gained recognition in 2015 when she was ranked fourth on the list of the '50 most powerful women in business.' Page is known for her backing of several professional sports and her active promotion of women in sports. Born in Mareeba, Queensland, she grew up in various locations due to her father's job as a bank manager. After graduating from Brisbane State High School in 1973, Page initially planned to become a surveyor but was discouraged by the limited opportunities for women in that field. She eventually joined Harvey Norman at the age of 25 and quickly rose through the ranks, working in various departments including ad buying, sales, marketing, and publicity.
