Kelly Smith

Kelly Jayne Smith (born 29 October 1978) is an English former football forward who is best known for her time with the FA WSL club Arsenal Ladies. Throughout her career, Smith had three spells with Arsenal Ladies and also played professionally in the United States for Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA) franchise Philadelphia Charge and Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) team Boston Breakers. She achieved many accolades during her career, including a 2007 UEFA Women's Cup win with Arsenal. Smith also represented the England national team, earning 117 caps and becoming England's second-highest goalscorer with 46 goals. She also played for Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympics.
