    Ken Beck Biography
    Ken Beck (born August 4, 1940) is a retired Australian rules footballer who played for Hawthorn FC in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Beck, originally from Stawell FC, was a tall ruckman and made his league debut in 1962. He was a regular member of the team during the 1960s and was a reserve in their 1971 premiership side. In 1972, Beck was elected captain of the Reserves and his last game was the VFL Reserves Grand Final, where his side won the Premiership. He later played for Dandenong, Prahran, Oakleigh, and Seaford. Beck won the Mornington Peninsula League's Best & Fairest award in 1978 and is a Hawthorn life member.
