    Kenny Cooper is an American former soccer player, born on October 21, 1984. He started his soccer career with Manchester United but did not make it to the first team. Throughout his career, Cooper played as a forward for various clubs in Portugal, Germany, England, the United States, and Canada. He comes from a soccer family, with his father Kenny Cooper Sr. being a professional goalkeeper in England before moving to the United States. Cooper was born in Baltimore, Maryland, but grew up in Dallas, Texas, where he attended Jesuit College Preparatory School. He was named the Dallas area high school player of the year and graduated in 2003.
