Kevin Chambers

Kevin Andrew Chambers is an American attorney and former certified public accountant. He is currently serving as an associate deputy attorney general in the Biden administration. Chambers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1997. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 2004. Prior to joining the Department of Justice (DOJ), Chambers worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young and as an associate at WilmerHale. He later became a partner at Latham & Watkins, earning over $3 million in 2020. As Associate Deputy Attorney General, he manages the Criminal Division portfolio and provides advice on corporate criminal enforcement policy and related prosecutions.
