Kristina Tonteri-Young

Kristina Tonteri-Young is a Finnish-American actress and former ballerina. Born on January 17, 1998, in Finland, she moved to New York City with her family at the age of 6. Tonteri-Young attended The Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow from 2009 to 2012, where she appeared in productions such as La fille mal gardée, The Sleeping Beauty, and Le Corsaire. At age 16, she discovered her passion for acting and attended Shakespeare summer courses at RADA. Tonteri-Young then pursued her acting education at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts. Her breakthrough came with the role of Sister Beatrice in Netflix's series Warrior Nun. She has also appeared in films, including Netflix's Outside the Wire.
