Kurt Warner

Kurt Warner (born June 22, 1971) is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. He played primarily with the St. Louis Rams and Arizona Cardinals. Warner's career is considered one of the greatest Cinderella stories in NFL history. After playing college football at Northern Iowa, he spent four years without being signed by an NFL team. Warner then played three seasons for the Iowa Barnstormers in the Arena Football League (AFL). In 1998, he joined the Rams and became their starting quarterback the following season. Warner led the Rams to their first Super Bowl appearance and was named the game's MVP.
