    Laura Rollins is a British-Bajan actress born on 20 December. She is best known for her role as Ayesha Lee in the BBC soap opera Doctors, which she portrayed from September 2014 to June 2020. Rollins received recognition for her performance and won the Best Female Dramatic Performance award at the RTS Midlands Awards. After leaving Doctors, she appeared in television series such as Innocent and Miss Scarlet and The Duke. Rollins started her acting career at the Carlton Junior Television Workshop and made her TV debut on The Demon Headmaster at the age of 10. She also appeared in advertisements and performed at the British Academy Children's Awards. Rollins studied English and Theatre at the University of Leeds and later attended Arts Educational Schools in London. In 1999, she starred in Welcome To Orty Fou as Caroline Saunders.
