Lauren Louise Price, born on 25 June 1994, is a Welsh professional boxer, former amateur boxer, kickboxer, and footballer. She has gained recognition in the boxing world by holding the British welterweight title since May 2023. Price made history as the first female to hold this prestigious title. In her amateur career, she represented Wales and achieved remarkable success. At the 2014 Commonwealth Games, she won a bronze medal, becoming the first Welsh woman to secure a Commonwealth Games boxing medal. Price's achievements continued to soar as she earned gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, 2019 World Championships, 2019 European Games, and the 2020 Summer Olympics while representing Great Britain. Her remarkable accomplishments in the Middleweight division include simultaneously holding the Olympic Games, World, European Games, and Commonwealth Games titles in 2019 and 2021.
