Lee Eun-ju (December 22, 1980 – February 22, 2005) was a South Korean actress known for her roles in hit films such as Taegukgi and The Scarlet Letter. Born in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea, she initially pursued piano studies and later moved to Seoul after high school. Lee gained attention as a model for school uniforms in the mid-1990s and subsequently transitioned into acting. She made her film debut in 1999 with Rainbow Trout and earned her first lead role in Virgin Stripped Bare by Her Bachelors (2000). Lee's career included successful collaborations with actors like Lee Byung-hun and Cha Tae-hyun. Sadly, she died by suicide at the age of 24.
