Leonie Elliott

Leonie Samantha Elliott is an English actress known for her roles in various television series. She gained fame for her portrayal of Lucille Anderson in the BBC series Call the Midwife. Elliott also starred as Cherry Patterson in the Lenny Henry comedy-drama Danny and the Human Zoo. Born in Brent, London, she comes from a Jamaican immigrant family. Elliott started her acting career at a young age and trained at the Harris School of speech and drama as well as the Identity School of Acting in London. Her other television appearances include Black Mirror, Casualty, Holby City, and The Bill. Elliott has also appeared in films such as Wondrous Oblivion.
