Lisa Lutoff-Perlo

Lisa Lutoff-Perlo is an American businesswoman who served as the president and CEO of Celebrity Cruises, becoming the first woman to lead one of the Royal Caribbean Group's cruise line brands. Born and raised in Gloucester, she graduated from Gloucester High School in 1975 before attending Bentley University. Lutoff-Perlo started her career in the travel industry with Crimson Travel and later joined Royal Caribbean International as a district sales manager in 1985. Over the years, she climbed the corporate ladder and held various positions within Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International, eventually being named vice president of onboard revenue for Celebrity Cruises in 2005. In 2012, she took on the role of president and CEO of Celebrity Cruises.
