Lisa Stanley

Lisa Stanley (born 12 March 1973) is an Irish singer, songwriter, and presenter, known for her work in the UK and Ireland. Born in Sligo, Ireland, she is the daughter of Irish entertainers Maisie McDaniel and Fintan Stanley. Stanley began her career in the 1990s as a member of the Sligo-based wedding band, The Treetops. She gained national recognition when she performed at the Cavan International Song Contest in the late 1990s. In 2000, she participated in the National Song Contest with her own composition, Shine. Stanley has made appearances on various television shows and has released several albums, including her second solo album, Love Me A Little Bit Longer. She has been recognized as the best country female singer.
