Lubna Salim

Lubna Salim (née: Siddiqui) is an Indian theatre, movie, and television actress. She is best known for her role as Leela Thakkar in the popular TV series Baa Bahoo Aur Baby. Salim is also the founder and producer of the theatre group Essay Ensemble. Daughter of renowned scriptwriter Javed Siddiqui, she studied at Mithibai College in Mumbai and pursued theatre at the inter-collegiate level. Salim won the Indian Telly Award in 2008 for her remarkable performance in Baa Bahoo Aur Baby. She has appeared in movies like Parbat Ke Us Paar, Just Married, OMG - Oh My God, and Call for Fun. Currently, Salim can be seen in the serial Khidki. She is married to theatre director Salim Arif.
