    Luke Lowe (1889–?) was an English professional footballer who played as an outside forward. He started his career at Eccles Borough before joining Burnley, a Football League Second Division team, in December 1911. Lowe's only senior match for Burnley was on 16 December 1911, where they drew 1-1 against Huddersfield Town. He later left Burnley in February 1912 and went on to sign for Accrington Stanley, a Lancashire Combination team.
